Problem 

In today's data-driven world, organizations face challenges in harnessing the power of data to drive decision-making. Many professionals lack the necessary skills to analyze and interpret data effectively, leading to missed opportunities and inefficiencies. This e-learning course on data analytics was designed to bridge this skills gap, providing learners with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions based on data insights.

Development

This course was developed using Bloom's Taxonomy to ensure a comprehensive and structured learning experience. The content was designed to progressively build learners' skills, starting with foundational knowledge and moving towards higher-order thinking. Initially, learners were introduced to key concepts and principles, enabling them to remember and understand the basics of data analytics. As the course progressed, learners engaged in practical knowledge checks to apply their knowledge, analyzed case studies, and participated in discussions to evaluate different techniques.

Outcomes

The primary goals of the project were to equip learners with practical data analytics skills and to enable them to apply these skills in real-world scenarios. The course met these goals by offering hands-on exercises, real-life case studies, and continuous assessments to reinforce learning. As a result, participants reported increased confidence in their ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, ultimately leading to improved performance in their professional roles.
